W7AC Ward 7 Arts Collaborative

Ward 7 Arts Collaborative is very passionate about cultivating community art stewardship. We'd like to model art-based service learning concepts. This objective involves extending the classroom experiences into the community. We are in the process of creating a new partnership with Kimball elementary school. Mr. Prelli Williams is a Ward 7 artist who is serving as Kimball's new community art teacher. W7AC will work closely with Mr. Williams and Kimball, with a hope of developing unique ways to cultivate creativity and help students to contribute a vibrant community in which they are producers as well as consumers of the arts.
